INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey (preferably 92 to 93 % lean)
1/2 cup finely grated Gruyere cheese
4 thinly sliced scallions
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
coarse salt
freshly ground pepper
METHOD
In a medium bowl combine all of the above ingredients. Gently form mixture into 4 1-inch-thick patties.
Lightly oil grill pan. Place patties on medium-high pan; cook until browned, 5 minutes per side.
